Customer Experience
We are dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless and stress-free experience when it comes to selecting, purchasing, and installing new countertops. Our process is designed to ensure that every customer receives personalized attention and high-quality service from start to finish. In this section, we will walk you through our customer experience, which includes selection, payment, and installation. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, and we look forward to working with you to create the perfect countertops for your home.
Selection
When you visit our showroom, you will be given a tour of our selection of quartz, granite, and laminate countertops. We want you to see and feel the different options available to you, so you can make an informed decision. Once you have explored our showroom, we will ask you to fill out a Job Checklist. This checklist will help us understand your specific preferences, such as the type of sink, backsplash, edge choice, material choice, and the room in your house where the countertops will be installed. Additionally, we may request a drawing or layout of the area where we will be working to ensure accurate measurements and a seamless installation process.
Quote
After we have gathered all the necessary information, we will provide you with a detailed quote within 48 to 72 hours, depending on availability. In some cases, we may be able to provide the quote sooner. If you are happy with the quote and ready to move forward, we will ask for a 50% down payment. This payment secures your order and allows us to schedule your installation. At this point, we will also ask you to sign a contract of service, outlining the terms and conditions of our agreement. Once the down payment is received and the contract is signed, we will put you on our schedule for a template, where we will come out to your home and take precise measurements of the area(s) where the countertops will be installed.
Installation
With the measurements in hand, we will proceed to order any necessary supplies and materials for your project. Our skilled team will then begin the fabrication process, which includes cutting, polishing, and sanding the countertops to ensure a perfect fit and a beautiful finish. Before we come out to install your countertops, we will give you a call to confirm the installation date and time. On the day of installation, our team will arrive at your home and carefully install the countertops. We will also provide you with instructions on how to care for your new countertops to ensure their longevity and beauty. The remainder of the balance is due before or on the day of installation, and once the installation is complete, you can enjoy your stunning new countertops.
